The service
These terms cover your use of Faultly. By creating an account, you accept them for yourself and for the organisation you create or join.
Your account
Keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what happens under your account and your organisation's members.
Plans and billing
Paid plans renew each billing period until you cancel. We remind you before each renewal, and you can cancel from the app; the plan then ends at the close of the period you paid for.
Your data
What you bring to Faultly stays yours. We process it only to run the service for you, as the privacy policy describes.
Acceptable use
Don't use Faultly to break the law, to send messages people didn't agree to receive, or to get around a platform's rules.
